Administrative Structure
Korea Forest Certification Council, KFCC
The operating agency of the KFCC, responsible for managing the Korea Forest Certification Council consisting of various interested parties for the fairness and individuality of the certification system and effectiveness of management. The Korea Forest Certification Council holds the major decision-making power in the management of the system.
Standard Subcommittee
They are in charge of the development (establishment and revision) of forest certification standards.

Environment (Forest for Life, National Nature Trust)
Society (Korea Forest Craftsmen Association, National Forestry Cooperative Federation)

Expertise (Korea University, Korea Forest Research Institute, Korea Forest Professional Engineer Association, EnSTAR)
Others (Korea Forest Service Forestry Policy Division, Korea Forestry Promotion Institute)
Public Relations Subcommittee
In charge of public relations and marketing strategies for the activation of the KFCC and aligns the system’s incentive and support policies.
Objection Handling Subcommittee
In charge of handling potential objections and discontent raised by the interested parties of the certification system.
Secretariat
Korea Forestry Promotion Institute’s Forest Carbon Certification Center is in charge of the Secretariat division of the KFCC and the Korea Forest Certification Council.
