Certification process

KFCC Certification Method

The KFCC is a certification system in which interest groups related to forest certification gather and set the standards for economically/socially/environmentally sustainable forest management. Through objective verification and evaluation based on these standards, certification is provided.

In other words, the KFCC is a system that issues a certificate that proves which forest has been sustainably well managed.

All application guidance for the KFCC is provided by Korea Forestry Promotion Institute and Certification body (CB).
